Woo! Just one day away from the European PlayStation 3 launch and auctions for pre-ordered consoles are starting to end - with a very disappointing outcome for the scalpers!
UK sellers who auctioned their pre-orders on eBay have found themselves losing hundreds of pounds as bidders ignore their PlayStation 3 auctions.
ONE AUCTION for a PlayStation 3 console and a copy of Need for Speed: Carbon went for just £350 - a loss of £125 (around $245 USD).
But it's not just one or two auctions ending this way - I counted 35 auctions just this month where sellers have lost a pile of money, and even more auctions that went for the R.R.P or simply weren't bid upon. Yow!
