Only in America will a woman not only go on a radio show to play a game called "Hold your Wee for a Wii", but will also die and therefore be unable to continue in the competition.
Jennifer Strange, 28 years of age, died of suspected water intoxication a few hours after taking part in the KDND 107.9 contest in which you had to drink a load of water and not wee. Whoever drank the most won a Wii console and hopefully got a toilet break.
The contestants were originally given half-pint bottles of water to drink every quarter of an hour, but the bottle size increased an hour and a half later. The woman is thought to have gulped down almost 5 pints of water before popping it.
